Customer Cancellations

Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the course date.

A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel from 14 days to 4 days from the course date.

No refund if you cancel within 3 days of the course date.
Changing to another service is permitted but additional fees may incur according to the service you would like to change to. For more information about the difference in fees regarding the services you can contact us at our e-mail with your question – contact.jpservicesworld@gmail.com

Refund Policy

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with a course or a service provided, JP Services World Gmbh. will refund the service cost. Please follow this guideline:

Every service that JP Services World Gmbh is providing is eligible for a refund within 14 days after the end of the course if a customer is not satisfied for one or many reasons.
If the client has any complaints about the service provided by JP Services World Gmbh, they shall submit them in writing as soon as possible, yet never later than 14 days after receiving the said service. Fulfilling a complaint shall not release the Client from his obligation to pay.

In order to proceed with such:

Send an e-mail to - contact.jpservicesworld@gmail.com stating the reason(s), the service provided, the date, the time and the person (consultant, trainer) who has provided the service on behalf of JP Services World Gmbh.

A full refund will be issued in case of a technical error such as double charging or any other cases where JP Services World Gmbh is responsible.
Refund will be issued through the Original Mode of Payment or via Bank Transfer or Check where it is not possible to refund via the original mode of payment.
Any refund once approved, will be processed within 30 business days.

If you do not attend the course you will not receive a refund.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days have passed from the date of the course and the course will be counted and completed as fulfilled.​

If no complaints are made within the term fixed, the service shall be deemed to have been fully accepted, and JP Services World Gmbh shall only act on complaints if it sees fit to do so.
